Proud holder of a Masters degree in tax law, Me Daigle has been focusing his practice on business and tax law since he was admitted to the Bar in 1997.

Having gained some experience with Revenu Québec, Me Daigle later opted for a private practice which has frequently brought him before the Court of Québec and the Tax Court of Canada (where he files appeals on matters related to taxes), as well as Québec’s Court of Appel and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Me Daigle also takes charge of disputes involving shareholders and of related types of litigation (such as estate law, bankruptcy and insolvency, and injunctions centered on non-competition). Such incidental cases have made him perfectly familiar with specialized jurisdictions (including the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF)), administrative courts, and disciplinary committees.

Over the years, Me Daigle has acted as a sessional instruction with the University of Sherbrooke and the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières (UQTR), and also had the privilege of appearing as a visiting lecturer before several public and private institutions.
