Having been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in law, Me Deschamps practiced civil and administrative litigation with a Montréal firm specialized in environmental law before bcoming, in 2018, a member of the Daigle & Matte, avocats fiscalistes Inc. family. While earning his Bachelor’s degree, he had the privilege of joining three (3) firms as an articling student in civil law (including Daigle & Matte, avocats fiscalistes Inc., in 2015).
Focusing his career on corporate law, Me Deschamps is often involved in the creation of corporations, partnerships, and trusts, and regularly drafts and reviews a wide variety of corporate and contractual documents. He also gained substantial experience in the field of business acquisitions, sales, and financing.
Last but not least, Me Deschamps manages a certain number of cases dealing with business disputes, bankruptcy, and insolvency, where he helps clients navigate the various stages of the judicial process.
In addition to his practice, Me Deschamps is earning a Masters degree in tax law from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), located in Montréal.
