With a master’s degree in taxation, Mr. Daigle has practiced mainly in tax and commercial law since his call to the Bar in 1997.

Having gained some experience with Revenu Québec, Me Daigle later opted for a private practice which has frequently brought him before the Court of Québec and the Tax Court of Canada (where he files appeals on matters related to taxes), as well as Québec’s Court of Appel and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Mr. Daigle also acts in shareholder disputes and a number of related areas, including bankruptcy and insolvency, non-competition injunctions and estate matters.

These parallel files have led him to represent clients before various specialized tribunals, including the Autorité des marchés financiers, as well as various administrative and disciplinary instances.

Over the years, Mr. Daigle has also been a lecturer at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and the Université de Sherbrooke, and has given a number of public and private speeches.
