Ms. Côté joined Daigle & Matte, avocats fiscalistes inc. after practicing corporate and tax law for a Mauricie firm. She holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, a master’s degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke and a D.E.S.S. in common law and transnational law from the Université de Montréal.
Ms. Côté’s practice focuses on corporate law, where she is involved in the creation of corporations and trusts, as well as the analysis of various contractual and corporate documents. She is also involved in business acquisitions and sales.
Ms. Côté practices in corporate law, where she is called upon to review and draft various contractual, corporate and commercial documents. She is also involved in business acquisitions and sales.
Finally, Ms. Côté practices in tax planning, focusing on the creation and reorganization of corporate structures to optimize the taxation of corporate groups, integrate new shareholders, plan for the transfer to the next generation, plan for the sale of the company or protect the company’s assets. To do so, she is called upon, among other things, to create corporations and trusts.
