Mr. Matte holds a D.E.S.S. in taxation, with a concentration in tax planning, from the Université de Sherbrooke. His practice focuses primarily on the acquisition and sale of businesses, from negotiating the terms of the offer to purchase to the final transaction, including obtaining financing, setting up security and drafting various ancillary agreements.
